In October we headed back to Ullapool Guitar Festival! We had to give last years festival a miss due to the arrival of Baby Bulley! We performed a concert set on the Friday night and then hosted the festival club for the weekend. It was a joy to be back amongst all our friends. Ullapool definitely feels like a family, which helps to explain why it can be so nerve wracking performing in front of the concert goers! There were so many standout performances it’s hard to single anyone out. The festival continues to showcase some of the finest guitar playing in the world. We were delighted to get the opportunity to share the festival club stage with fellow artists John Smith, Clive Carroll, John Goldie, Remi Harris, Richard Smith and Tristan Sueme. The standard at the club was a reflection of the entire weekend and we’re looking forward to hosting it again next year!
Whilst we were up we managed to get in a bit of walking, including a jaunt to the top of Stac Pollaidh on the Sunday afternoon. On the Monday morning, having sensed a photographic opportunity, Adam took an early morning hike back up the Stac with fantastic guitarist Remi Harris and his wife Dani. It rounded off a great weekend!
Look forward to seeing everyone next year!
